This is a great tool for helping organize the meeting process and keeping meeting participants on topic. I found in the Microsoft library of template documents.
It has been added here as an example of how a template of your creation could be added for others to download and edit for their own particular needs.
When you add a template of your creation, you can use this space to explain how you use it, why you like it, any limitations you recognize it in... anything that might help those that download it to use it.
