Review Quiz for New Volunteers

We use this quiz as part of our initial orientation for new volunteers. The volunter studies the guidebook before attending orientation class, and completes the quiz in advance. We go over the quiz together. Training is shortened by 2-hours and the volunteers are better prepared and fully understand all the major policies/procedures. Feedback on this self-paced training has been great!
