Youth Leading Youth

This report outlines the findings of Volunteering Qld's initial stage of the research project 'Youth Leading Youth', as part of Project Creatives.

The project aims to examine the key factors that inspire + engage young people in the not-for-profit sector and maintain their volunteering practice.

The project has been undertaken to provide a different perspective on young people and volunteering and considers how young people work with other young people as volunteers and leaders.

Credits: The research was conducted and authored by Jenny Geale and Mark Creyton. The literature review was conducted by Melinda Tindoy. The final report was complied by Ana Radovic.
